The service
Sun Seeker Deals curates third-party travel offers — flights, hotels, packages and tours — and links to the provider where the booking takes place. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or carrier and we do not sell, process or fulfil any travel product directly.
No warranty on deals
Prices, availability, destinations, dates and terms of travel offers are set by the third-party providers and may change or sell out at any time. We use reasonable effort to keep listings accurate but make no warranty that any deal will be available at the price or on the terms shown when you click through. Always review the provider's own pricing and conditions before booking.

Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Site.
- Don't scrape content at scale or republish it without permission.

Site design, original copy, logos and the "Sun Seeker Deals" name are owned by us. Deal images, descriptions and trademarks belong to the respective travel providers and are used to identify their offers.

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site, any third-party booking, travel disruption, or inaccuracy in a listing.

We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any site you reach through a link on the Site.
